15 October 2008, Gallatin, Missouri – WideBand Corporation today announced that its board of directors has appointed Joseph R. Billings as the company’s President and CEO.
Joseph Roger Billings has been a key member of the WideBand team since its inception. With a technical and sales background, Joseph has been an officer at WideBand Corporation for many years with various management responsibilities including channel development, product marketing, and operations.
In 2001, he was appointed WideBand Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In that capacity, he was responsible for building up WideBand’s reseller network to 350 partners worldwide. He was elected a member of the Board of Directors in 2003, and became the Executive Vice President of WideBand Corporation in 2005. In that position, he was responsible for operations and sales.
