Roger E. Billings Chairman and Founder, WideBand Corporation Roger E. Billings has served as Chairman of the Board of WideBand Corporation since its inception in 1994 when he founded the company. With 40 years experience in technology development and business management, Billings is the founder of several successful, high-tech companies. In 1973, he started Billings Energy Corporation which traded publicly on NASDAQ and was ranked by Inc Magazine as the 33rd Fastest Growing Company in America. In 1977, he founded Billings Computer Corporation which was one of the first companies to manufacture a personal computer. In 1979, Billings created Cal Disk Corporation, the pioneer of the double-sided floppy disk drive. In 1985, Billings developed a hydrogen fuel technology capable of operating a vehicle for over one million miles of driving without the need for an overhaul. In 1991, he built the first hydrogen fuel cell powered car using his new fuel cell technology. Roger Billings is the President of GoldKey Security Corporation, a leader in computer security and data protection. He is the creator of Acellus, the computer based learning system now in use by schools throughout the United States to teach science and mathematics. Billings is also actively involved in alternative energy and was recently named "Dr. Hydrogen" by Time Magazine for his contributions to the development of the Hydrogen automobile. |

Joseph R. Billings President, WideBand Corporation Joseph Roger Billings has been a key member of the WideBand team since its inception. With a technical and sales background, Joseph has been an officer at WideBand Corporation for many years with various management responsibilities including channel development, product marketing, and operations. In 2001, he was appointed WideBand Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In that capacity, he was responsible for building up WideBand's reseller network to 350 partners worldwide. He was elected a member of the Board of Directors in 2003, and became the Executive Vice President of WideBand Corporation in 2005. In that position, he was responsible for operations and sales. In 2008, Joseph was named President and CEO of WideBand Corporation. Formerly, he was President of fs[ix] Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of high performance file server products. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for GoldKey Security Corporation. |

Jean Kaiser Director Jean Kaiser is one of the founding investors in WideBand Corporation and was elected a member of the Board of Directors in 2001. She has actively participated in the development of sales and marketing programs at WideBand, and has assisted in operations and logistics. Jean Kaiser has been actively involved in sales and marketing positions in the packaging industry where she has held sales and management positions at leading national companies. She graduated from Rockhurst College in 1981 with a degree in Business Management. |
